Thank you for this resource... As friends pass physically or mentally my world has changed.  I work on how or who I am in response to these changes.  How did you know?  It must be another God wink for me. It's like you know what I'm thinking and what I need to hear. Amazing.

Have you ever wondered...

"Is it okay to laugh again?"

"Why do I feel guilty when I enjoy life?"

"Am I leaving them behind if I begin moving forward?"

"Why do I still feel stuck when everyone says I should be doing better?"

"Will I ever feel like myself again?"

If you've asked yourself any of these questions, you're not alone.

Many grieving people quietly believe that continuing to suffer is the greatest way to honor the person they love. So they postpone joy, avoid making plans, and wait for permission that never comes.

But that's not how love works.

A Note from Linda...

I created this guide because I know how disorienting it can feel to want to live again and also feel guilty for even thinking about it.

For a long time, I wondered if laughing, making plans, or looking toward the future meant I was leaving my person behind.

What I’ve learned is that love and grief can exist together — and that allowing moments of light in doesn’t erase the depth of your loss.

My hope is that these six gentle truths give you language, comfort, and a little more permission to be human in your grief.

Download your free guide and discover six gentle truths that will help you understand guilt after loss, release self-blame, and begin carrying love forward without feeling like you're leaving your loved one behind.  Then, look for upcoming workshops on how to leverage the wisdom of grief beyond the pain.

Really, I don't know where I'd be without Linda and her Grief Support group. I thank God for her coming into my life. I was so lost after losing my husband last year.

Linda, you were so helpful during my and my family’s time of need, after my wife died. Thank you for being there. I will be following you with interest. I’ve attended over 50 grief share classes and read every book I could get my hands on- but NOTHING else has helped me in the way you're support group has. Thank you! - M.

Thank you for your beautiful reflections, dear Linda. How meaningful and perceptive they are. I am most grateful to you. One of the loveliest aspects of these messages is that they allow for the private, introspective assimilation that is most comfortable for me.  My prayers are for all who are on a similar journey and facing a profound loss … now equipped with the beautiful thoughts and expressions you are sharing. Bless them and their coming together… and you. Always you. Much love and gratitude, -J
